Allen W. Wilson

Allen W. Wilson, 73, of Titusville, passed away Tuesday morning March 18, 2025 at his home following an extended illness.

Allen was born on February 29, 1952 in Titusville, a son of the late Gertrude Sterling Emert.

Allen was a graduate of Titusville High School, class of 1970. He had been employed with Medina Revenue as a field supervisor for a number of years until his retirement from there in 2017.

Allen was a member of the Titusville Moose Club and also a social member of the Titusville VFW. He enjoyed reading, the outdoors, golfing, and fishing. He enjoyed socializing, listening to music, playing his guitar and running the sound board for his son’s band.

Allen is survived by his children, Forest Emert, Nathaniel Wilson and wife Dana, Nicole Stevens and husband Dr. Jay Stevens, all of Titusville, and Matthew Wilson and wife Katie of Atlanta, GA; 10 grandchildren, Trinity Fox, Kylie Wilson, Emma Wilson, Scarlett Wilson, Nathaniel Wilson, Jr., Gracelynn Murphy, Aris Stevens, Skye Stevens, Addison Wilson and Lacey Wilson; a great grandson, Grayson Morris; and many close friends which includes Randy and Sue Ruot, Joe Fowler and Steve Smock.

In addition to his mother, Allen was preceded in death by an infant son, Justin Wilson.

Friends may attend a celebration of Allen’s life on Sunday, March 30th beginning at 1:00 PM at the Bruce Shorts Post 5958 VFW 206 St. John St. Titusville, PA 16354 for a time of food, fellowship and sharing of memories.
