Ares James Schaeffer

Ares J. Schaeffer passed away unexpectedly at home on July 11, 2025.

Ares was born on April 16, 2025, at St. Vincent Hospital in Erie to Kale Schaeffer and Rachel Bernard.

He is survived by his parents, Kale and Rachel of Titusville; siblings, Kamdyn Schaeffer of Rouseville, and Ichabod Schaeffer of Titusville; paternal grandmother, Christina Walker of Titusville; paternal grandfather, John Schaeffer of Centerville; maternal grandmother, Brandie Bernard of Centerville; maternal grandfather, Randall Bernard of Centerville; paternal great-grandmother, Linda Lohr of Titusville; maternal great-grandmother, Sandra Vroman of Titusville; paternal great-grandmother, Teresa Schaeffer of Hydetown; uncles and aunts, Samuel Birtcel of Titusville, Jace Lohr of Titusville, Janelle Schaeffer of Hydetown, Amanda Beach and husband Andrew of Centerville, and Courtney Moore and husband Rob of Titusville; and numerous great aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Ares was preceded in death by his great-grandfathers, Rexford Vroman and William Schaeffer, as well as his great-great-grandfather, Harley M. "Ben" Murphy.

Services will be private to the family.

Interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery.
