Barbara J (Bryan) Gardner

Barbara J. Gardner passed away on Saturday, March 11, 2023, at Southwoods Assisted Living Community in Titusville.

Barbara was born on March 29, 1938, in Lock Haven to the late William and Mabel (Stiers) Bryan. She married the love of her life, Ronald W. Gardner on March 31, 1956. Mr. Gardner preceded her in death on November 12, 2004.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, going to the casino with friends, and lounging around the pool or on a beach. She loved traditions and you didn't miss her Sunday dinners.

Barbara is survived by her five children, R. Scott Gardner of Clearwater, FL, Doug (Susan) Gardner of Monroeville, Chris (Christopher) Gardner of St. Petersburg, FL, Kelly (Barry) Hohn of Venango, Jill (Patrick) McCandless of Tarpon Springs, FL; her grandchildren, Gavin Hohn, Griffin Hohn, Elizabeth Rosky, Allison Gardner, Evan McCandless; great-grandson, Dean Rosky; a sister, Sandra McKean; and her nieces and nephews.

Private services are being conducted for the family by the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home, Titusville, PA.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of Southwoods who loved and respected our mother. With the love and support from all of their employees she passed, knowing she was loved by all of them as well and we are forever grateful for their care and compassion.
