Barbara J. Gratkowski, 79, of Titusville, passed away on Thursday March 27, 2025, at Wesbury Retirement Community after an extended illness.
Barb was born in Titusville, a daughter of the late Dorsey and Gertrude Mealey Sutton. She married William Gratkowski on January 14, 1967, at St. Walburga Roman Catholic Church in Titusville.
She was a graduate of Titusville High School, Class of 1963.
Barb was employed by Avon Products for over 40 years, selling various types of cosmetics.
She enjoyed gardening, traveling to Hawaii and visiting various National Parks out west. Her family has always been very important to her, she enjoyed being around her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Barb is survived by her husband Bill of 58 years; her children, Ellen Edwards and husband Bob of Pymatuning, Steven Gratkowski and wife Sheri of Seneca, and Mark Gratkowski and wife Halle of Beaver Falls; her grandchildren, Kayla McIntyre and husband Gage, Zachary Edwards, Luke Gratkowski and wife Kaila, Kyle Gratkowski, Reilly Gratkowski and Owen Gratkowski; great grandchildren, Kora and Dax McIntyre, Parker Gratkowski; sisters, Mary Anne Kopper and husband Tom, Nora Kaster and husband Ted; her nieces and nephews, Arthur Jr., Pam, and Brian Sutton, Robert Sutton, Shawn Kaster, Tammy Bryan, Todd Murray, Tim Murray, Melissa Aul, Ashley Sutton, Jason Sutton; her brother in laws, Robert Gratkowski and wife Carol and their children Robert, Micheal, Randy, Leanne and Darlene; Stanley and Mary Gratkowski and their children, John, Susan and Raymond; her sister in law, Kathy Sutton.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Arthur Sutton, Robert Sutton, and Paul Sutton.
No services will be observed. A funeral mass will be conducted at St. Titus Church, 513 W. Main St., Titusville, PA 16354, on Thursday, April 3, 2025, beginning at 11:30 AM with Father Daniel Hoffman officiating.
