Carol Ann Brenner, 87, of Titusville, passed away Friday evening March 7, 2025 at Collins Hospice House in Franklin following an extended illness.
Carol was born on December 22, 1937 in Warren, OH, a daughter of the late Howard and Val Jeanne Syphert Booth. She was married to Thomas G. Brenner on November 10, 1956 in Meadville. He preceded her in death on January 28, 2018.
Carol was a member of the Chapmanville Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed gardening, especially her flowers, decorating her home, her barn cats, canning, and loved to draw. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Carol is survived by her children, Kathleen Firster and husband Sam of Titusville, Aaron Brenner and wife Dr. Andrea Richard of Warren, and Eric Brenner and wife Kellie of Titusville; grandchildren, Brandon Firster and wife Abigail of Titusville, Sonia Neu and husband Ken of Meadville, Francis Brenner, Stephen Brenner, and Shavonne Orr and husband Jon, all of Titusville, Allison Gentry and husband David of Ashtabula, OH, and Austin Brenner of Warren; great grandchildren, Sierra Orr, Eric Orr, Charlotte Firster and Lilly Brenner; a brother, Ronald Booth of Meadville; a sister, Olive Lygrisse of Texas; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son Thomas “Jeff” Brenner.
Friends may attend a memorial service on Saturday, April 12th beginning at 11:00 AM at the Chapmanville Community Church followed by private interment at Chapmanville Cemetery.
