Carole Ann Schenberg, 78, of Titusville, passed away on Monday, January 20, 2025, at the Titusville Area Hospital.
Carole was born at Pithole on August 30, 1946, to the late Wesley A. and Lucy McKean Brown. She married Richard L. "Dick" Schenberg on June 26, 1965, at the Hydetown Baptist Church.
She was a graduate of Oil City High School.
Carole was a member of the Hydetown Cornerstone Church.
She was a homemaker who enjoyed traveling, doing arts and crafts, and cooking. Also, she was an accomplished singer, performing at weddings and funerals and once opening for Billy "Crash" Craddock.
Carole is survived by her husband Dick of Titusville; four sons, David Schenberg and wife Margaret of Titusville, Michael Schenberg and wife Annette of Titusville, Andrew Schenberg and wife Rhonda of Plummer, and Clinton Schenberg and fiancé Heaven Consolo of Titusville; grandchildren, Noah, Nathaniel, Grace, Tyler, Jennifer, Lahna, Scott, Kirstie, Jason, and Adam Schenberg; Olivia Barnes and Harper Schenberg; siblings, Peggy Sterling and companion Howard Smith of Guys Mills, and Ruby Devericks of Clarksburg, WV; a brother-in-law Craig Schenberg of Meadville; a former daughter-in-law Deirdre Schenberg of Titusville; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by the following siblings: Fay Fink, Velma Lee, Sam, Robert, James, Dick, Theodore, and Donald Brown.
Visitation will be held at the Hydetown Cornerstone Church on Wednesday from 11 a.m. to noon, at which time a funeral service will be conducted with Rev. Jeff Sterling officiating.
Interment will be at Breedtown Cemetery.
