Charles G. "Chuck" Amann, 78, of Hamilton Cornes Rd., Titusville passed away on Wednesday morning, October 25, 2023, at the Oil City Healthcare and Rehab Center.
Charles was born on March 24, 1945, in Erie to the late John B. and Jessica (Chapman) Amann. He married Carol Fisher on May 14, 1983, in Erie.
He was employed as a truck driver for Erie Lumber, Suddarth & Son Asphalt Company in Erie, Baker's Transportation in Oil City and most recently at Walmart in Titusville.
Chuck was a member of St. James Memorial Episcopal Church in Titusville.
He enjoyed playing golf at Speers Golf Course, hunting, fishing, repairing cars when needed, keeping his lawn manicured, any handyman jobs to be done for his family and playing guitar.
Chuck loved being with his family and will be missed by his wife, Carol Amann of Titusville; daughter, Pamela Williamson, and husband Jeffrey of Erie; son, Charles Latshaw of Erie; grandsons, Jacob Gross and wife Ximenna of Pittsburgh, Jared Gross and fiancé Alicia Thomas of Erie, Brandon Latshaw of Erie; great-grandchildren, Elena, Alannah and Ryleigh Thomas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by brothers, Thomas and Jack Amann; and sisters, Marguerite Fabrizo and Joyce Reynolds.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 29th at 2:00 pm at St. James Memorial Episcopal Church 112 E. Main St., Titusville, PA 16354.
