Charles L Fulmer

Charles L. Fulmer Jr., 76, of Titusville passed away on Monday, August 14, 2023, at his son's home in Townville with his family at his side.

Charles was born on November 16, 1946, to the late Charles Sr. and Margaret Hazlet Fulmer. He married the love of his life Marcella "Sally" Sampson on June 27, 1964 in Titusville.

He was a graduate of Titusville High School, Class of 1964.

He worked as a metallographer at the former Cytemp Specialty Steel Corp. for several years. He worked at Modern Industries in Erie for 25 years until his retirement.

He is survived by his wife Sally of Titusville; A son, Charles L. "Bud" Fulmer III and wife Glenda of Townville; three grandchildren; Patrick Fulmer of Titusville, Seth Fulmer and wife Taneisha of Mechanicsburg, and Madie Fulmer of Townville; two nephews, John Sampson and wife Mandy of New York, and Jerime Levi Sampson Sr. of Titusville; A niece, Jill-lyn Wofford of Ohio; four great nephews, Edward and William Sampson of New York, Logan Sampson and mother Maria of Townville, Jerime Levi Sampson Jr. and companion Sarah of Titusville; two great nieces, Alex Wofford of Ohio, and Kasey Day Walker of Meadville; and great-great nephew, Jerime Levi Sampson III of Titusville.

He was preceded in death by his niece, Elaine Sampson; and a great nephew James Sampson.

No services are being observed at this time.
