Christopher J. Daley

Christopher J. Daley, 73, of Titusville, passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2024, at the Titusville Healthcare and Rehab Center after an extended illness.

Christopher was born on May 29, 1950, in Titusville to the late James E. and Alma M. Lancaster Daley.

Chris attended Titusville and Pleasantville High Schools.

Through the years, he was employed by National Forge in Titusville, Reed Manufacturing in Erie, Vertical Seal in Neiltown, and the Laborers' International Union of North America - New Castle, retiring in 1999.

Christopher enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping. He especially enjoyed the Canada fishing trips with family and friends.

He is survived by a brother, Mark Daley and wife Kathryn of Franklin, and a sister, Meredith Farrar and husband Craig of Titusville; four nephews, James J. Daley and wife Ruth of Jackson, MI, Jason R. Daley and Tammy of Franklin, Christopher J. Farrar and wife Jill of Wexford, Jeffrey M. Daley of Brooklyn, MI; a niece, Tricia N. Baker and husband Randall of Pleasantville; three great-nephews, and one great niece.

In addition to his parents, Chris was preceded in death by his infant son, Christopher Daley.

Visitation will be held at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home Inc. 303 N. Washington St. Titusville on Friday, May 24th from 1 to 2 p.m. at which time a funeral service will be conducted with Fr. Christopher Barnes, officiating. A live stream of the service can be viewed in the box below. 

Interment will be at St. Catharines Cemetery.
