Cody Michael Price, 34, of Erie, passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2024, at UPMC Hamot due to injuries sustained in an accident.
Cody was born in Oil City on June 6, 1990, to Michael Price and Gail Bowen.
He was a graduate of Maplewood High School, Class of 2008. He attended Edinboro University and graduated from Tri-State Technical Institute with a degree in Welding.
He was a veteran, having served in the United States Marine Corps. He entered the service in 2010 and was honorably discharged in 2019 at Quantico, VA, with the rank of corporal.
Cody worked for Plastek's in Erie as a Lazer Welder.
He loved hunting and fishing, was a dedicated fan of the Philadelphia Flyers and Eagles, but above all, cherished time spent with his daughters and family.
He is survived by his mother, Gail Vinopal and husband Jerry; five daughters, Lyli-Ann, Alaina, Lillian, Cadence, and Emma; his companion, Molly Dickson; a sister, Amanda Price and fiancé Adam Sturgis; three brothers, Zachary Price and fiancé Jessica Lester, Jacob Price and companion Marlee Johnson and Jared Vinopal and fiancé Kyra Kemp; his step mother, Diane Price; nieces and nephews, June, London, Dominik, Jackson, Jayden, John and Lincoln; his grandparents, Hugh and Carol Price, Elizabeth Price; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Cody was precede in death by his father Michael P. Price.
Visitation will be held at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home Inc. 303 N. Washington St. Titusville, on Thursday, November 7th, from 1 to 3 p.m. at which time a funeral service will be conducted.
