Connie L. (Sharrar) Speer

Connie L. Speer, 85, of Titusville, went to be with her Lord and Saviour on March 29, 2025.

She was born in Oil City, daughter of the late Elmer Lee Sharrar Sr. and Minnie Moorehead Sharrar. She was married to Charles “Chuck” Speer for 55 years. He preceded her in death in 2010.

Connie was the mother of 4 children: Karen Clark, Kathy (Perry) Malone, Dean (Pam) Speer, and Dan (Tammy) Speer, all of Titusville. She is also survived by her loving granddaughter and caretaker Lauri (Dave) McCann of Pleasantville; a dear niece, Marilyn McGinnis of Oil City; grandchildren, Kevin (Jen) Cooper, Matthew (Cassie) Harvey, Dillon Speer (Samantha), Danielle Speer (Justin), Dalton Speer, and CJ Malone (Ashley); great grandchildren, Taylor Speer, Elaena Baldwin, Parker Cooper, Samantha Cooper, and Sophia Harvey.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Lloyd Sharrar, Nyall Sharrar and Elmer Sharrar Jr., and three sisters, Geraldine Flockerzi, Helen McGinnis, and Phyllis Stahlman.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
