Curtis P. Vosburgh, 70, of Union City, passed away Friday morning August 2, 2024 at the Titusville Area Hospital.
Curt was born on October 7, 1953 in Titusville, PA, a son of the late Russell and Martha Fitch Vosburgh. He was married to Deanna Bennett on February 19, 1993.
Curt was a graduate of Titusville High School. He had briefly attended Penn State University and was also a graduate of heavy equipment operations schooling in Williamsport, PA.
He had worked on the family farm, Vosburgh Dairy Farm, for a number of years. He had also been employed over the years at various businesses which include Queen Cutlery, Buffalo Structural Steel, Snap-Tite, and for the Union City School District.
Curt was a member of the Bethel United Methodist Church. He had also served as a volunteer with the Hydetown Volunteer Fire Department.
He enjoyed his work on the dairy farm, yardwork, gardening and mowing the pastures and grass.
Curt is survived by his wife Deanna of Union City; a daughter, Nicole Vosburgh of Union City; a step-daughter, Jennifer Klakamp of Corry; a brother, Robert Vosburgh and wife Jocelyn of Cardiff, CA; two sisters, Susan Faulkner and husband John of Poland, OH and Ann Kaufman of St. Peter’s MO; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Bruce Kaufman.
No public visitation will be held.
Private interment will be in Union Cemetery.
