David George Antill, 65, of Centerville, passed away Sunday evening November 27, 2022 at the Titusville Area Hospital following an extended illness.
David was born on April 19, 1957 in Titusville, a son of the late Stephen and Pauline Baney Antill. He was married to Marilyn Daum on January 23, 1992. She preceded him in death on October 14, 2022.
David had served as a fireman and EMT for the Centerville Volunteer Fire Department for 32 years. He had also been employed at the former Fisher and Young Lumber Company in Titusville as well as working at sawmills in the Union City area. He had also worked as an aide at the former Presbyterian Home in Oil City.
David was a member of the former Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Titusville.
He enjoyed reading and spending time with his pets.
David is survived by two sisters, Hazel Ernst of Titusville and Blanche Sterling of Clarendon; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by six brothers and six sisters.
No public visitation or service will be celebrated at this time.
Private interment will be in Jamison Corners Cemetery.
The family asks that memorial contributions be made to the YWCA St. James House 201 N. Franklin Street Titusville, PA 16354 for the children’s Christmas fund.
