This world lost a bright shining star when Debbie passed on December 3 2025, her presence lit up so many people's lives with love and laughter and kindness. She died at home after an extended illness, surrounded by such love and comfort, with her family by her side - her husband of 52 years, Dave Coulter Sr., her son Dave Coulter Jr., her grandson Kody Coulter, and her sister Vicky Garfield the joys of her life.
Born on April 26, 1955, Deb spent her entire life in Titusville, in the midst of a large and loving family. In addition to Dave Sr., Dave Jr., and Kody, she leaves behind many loved ones, including Dave Jr.'s fiancé Sheena Howe and daughter Bella, Kody's family, wife Chelsea and Deb's great-grandsons Easton and Braxton, and sister Vickie Garfield, as well as many nieces and nephews, including some especially dear ones, several great-nieces and nephews and countless friends.
Many of Deb's 12 siblings predeceased her, sisters Pauline, Nancy, Louise, Marian, and Patsy (in infancy) and brothers John, Ronald, Richard, Robert and Lawrence, as well as her parents, Evelyn Slayton Waychoff and John Waychoff, Sr.
In addition to caring for her family for years, Debbie worked 23 years for the Titusville School district as a cafeteria aide, and served as a longtime union representative for the school district and had various jobs including working part time at Drake village apartments and scooping ice cream at Mics ice cream place. Her hobbies included fishing with her sisters, going with her family on Sunday drives, decorating the inside of her house, birdwatching, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.
The amazing staff of AseraCare hospice program were a remarkable source of care and support over the last several months - please consider a donation to the agency in lieu of flowers.
Following Debbie's wishes, there will be no service at this time. Please allow your memories of her and her joyful heart to sustain you.
