Dianna Marie (Kalkbrenner) Walton

Dianna M. Walton, 67, of Centerville, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Hazel Hawkins Hospital in Hollister, CA.

Dianna was born in Titusville on April 17, 1959, to the late Archie R. and Nancy J. Robbins Kalkbrenner.

She was a graduate of Titusville High School, Class of 1977. She graduated from Clarion University with a degree in accounting and business administration.

Dianna worked for Lockheed Martin in Sunnyvale, CA. and later worked for Montclaire Elementary as the Librarian. In 2007, she relocated back to Centerville and worked for Allstate Insurance in Titusville.

She was a member of Centerville Baptist Church.

Dianna cherished the summers she spent working alongside her father at Green Acres Golf Course, where she developed a lifelong appreciation for the course and the time they shared together. Years later, she and her brothers became part-owners of Green Acres, allowing her to continue the family legacy and remain connected to a place that held so many special memories.

Dianna was affectionately known as the "cool mom" to her children's friends. She had a remarkable ability to make everyone feel welcome, safe, and accepted. Whether they needed someone to listen, offer advice, or simply provide a place where they could be themselves without fear of judgment, they knew they could always count on her. She built many friendships and had a gift for connecting others to form new ones in the same social setting.

She enjoyed crafting, scrapbooking, making cards, playing dice with her friends, swimming, and spending time at Mimi's oasis with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her three children, Roy C. Walton and wife Nicole of Sunnyvale, CA, Benjamin Walton of Oregon, and Amelia Walton and companion Matthew Stewart of Titusville; four grandsons, Alexander Walton, and Archie, Lachlan, and Rowan Stewart; two brothers, Dan Kalkbrenner of Pleasantville, and J.L. "Booie" Kalkbrenner of Centerville; three aunts, Eva Elliott, Francis Stephens, and Dorothy Cleland; two nephews Aaron Kalkbrenner, and Jeff Kalkbrenner; her companion of 20 years, John Wright; and numerous cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her aunt, Major Mary Ann Dalessio, and her former husband, Robert Walton.

The family will receive friends at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home Inc. 303 N. Washington St. Titusville on Saturday, July 25th from 11 a.m. to noon at which time a memorial service will be conducted with Pastor Gary Kinnear, officiating.
