Donna M. (Murray) Stockwell

Donna M. Stockwell, 92, of Youngstown, OH, passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2023, at Maplecrest Nursing Home in Youngstown.

Donna was born on October 24, 1931, in Titusville to the late Arthur R. and Margaret Marsh Murray.
She was a graduate of Colestock High School, Class of 1948, and the Oil City Hospital School of Nursing in 1952.

Donna worked as a registered nurse for Polk State Hospital, retiring in 1986.

She was a member of the Titusville First United Methodist Church and the YWCA.

Donna loved her cat, Tiger, keeping up on current events, spending quiet days at home watching The Price is Right and people watching in her neighborhood.

She is survived by her two daughters, Cristine Fellows and husband Mark of Youngstown, OH, and Vicki Pugliese and husband Jerry of Massillon, OH; seven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; three siblings, Col. John "Jack" Murray of Radcliff, KY, Betty Eldred of Centerville, and Edward Murray of Dallas, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her son, Joel R. Stockwell; her siblings, Patricia Murray, Mildred Irwin, Dora Mae DeLap, Harold "Hoops" Murray, Jan Weilacher, A. Richard "Dick" Murray, and William "Bill" Murray.

Visitation will be held at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home Inc. 303 N. Washington St. Titusville on Sunday, November 12th from 2 to 4 p.m. at which time a funeral service will be conducted with Rev. Jeff Sterling, officiating.

Interment will be at Kingsley Cemetery.
