Obituary

Florence L. "Flossie" Kelly, 68, of Titusville, passed away on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at the Titusville Healthcare and Rehab Center.

Flossie was born on January 13, 1955, in Titusville to the late Clarence and Esther Ohl Bortzer.
She was a graduate of Titusville High School, Class of 1973 and graduated from Robert Morris University in 1976.

She owned Flossie's Restaurant for 6 years, worked for Walter A. Miles Insurance Agency for 16 years, Quality Markets, and Save-A-Lot in Titusville.

Flossie attended the Shamburg Christian Church.

She enjoyed being outside doing yard work, gardening, playing cards, bowling, and being with her beloved pup "Benny".

She is survived by two sisters, Shirley Vincamp of Saegertown, and Marjorie ‶Midge″ Bickel of Titusville; two brothers, Raymond ‶Ray″ Bortzer of Titusville and Jacob ‶Elmer″ Bortzer of Chicago, IL; a sister-in-law, Sandy Bortzer; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Edith Price; and two brothers, Clarence Bortzer, and Howard Bortzer.

A celebration of life will be conducted at a later date.
