Obituary

Florence Elaine Vosburgh, 92, of Titusville, passed away on Monday, April 17, 2023, at the Titusville Area Hospital.

Elaine was born on September 7, 1930, in Titusville to the late David G. and Rachel Metzgar Kertcher. She married Richard A. Vosburgh on March 20, 1993, at Bethel United Methodist Church. He preceded her in death on January 27, 1999.

She was a graduate of Colestock High.

Elaine worked G.T.E. Sylvania for 42 years until her retirement.

She attended the Titusville Free Methodist Church.

Elaine enjoyed cooking, reading, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by a stepson John Vosburgh of Rockbridge Baths, VA; one niece Jennifer Kertcher and husband James Moro of Coral Springs, FL; five nephews, Gary Snow and wife Nancy of Centerville, Lester Snow of California, Jim Cartney of Erie, Jeff Cartney and husband Thom of Lakewood, OH, and Todd Cartney and wife Shelly of Titusville; and five great nephews.

Elaine was preceded in death by her brothers, David Kertcher, Jr. and Carl Kertcher who died in infancy; and two sisters, Shirley Snow and Patricia Cartney.

Services will be private to the family.

Interment will be at Union Cemetery.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Titusville Free Methodist Church 42490 State Rte 27, Titusville, PA 16354.
