Jean Huddleson Southall, 83, of Centerville, passed away Sunday morning December 28, 2025 at her home surrounded by her family following a lengthy illness.
Jean was born on September 2, 1942 in Titusville, PA, a daughter of the late Leo and Margaret Gariepy Sterling.
She was first married to Richard L. Huddleson who preceded her in death. She later married Robert Southall who survives.
Jean had attended the Townville school.
She enjoyed traveling with her husband, spending winters in Florida, and going to NASCAR races.
Jean is survived by her husband Bob; her children, Teresa Kinney and husband John of Titusville, Timothy Huddleson and wife Lil of Centerville, and James Huddleson and wife Patti of Chapmanville; her grandchildren, Ricky Huddleson, Jr., Tyler and Crystal Huddleson, Johnny Kinney and wife Shana, Amy Kinney and companion Patrick, Nacole Biltz and husband Casey, Jennifer Huddleson, Timothy Huddleson, Jr. and wife Hannah, Michael Huddleson and wife Keri, and Brian Huddleson and wife Kelsey; a step-grandson, Dale Southall; numerous great grandchildren; a great great granddaughter; a sister, Karen Sterling and companion Mark of Tryonville; a brother-in-law, John Hershberger of Tryonville; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and first husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Richard L. Huddleson; a step-daughter, Robyn Southall; a grandson, Cole Kinney; a brother and sister-in-law, Raymond and Donna Sterling; and a sister, Linda Hershberger.
Friends may call at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home 303 N. Washington St. Titusville, PA 16354 on Saturday, January 3, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at which time the funeral service will be conducted with Rev. Gary Kinnear officiating.
Interment will be in Sunnyside Cemetery.
