Jeffrey Riley Obituary
Jeffrey Lynn Riley, 67, of Erie, passed away unexpectedly from natural causes on Friday, December 5, 2025.
Jeff was born in Titusville on May 26, 1958, to Leslie and Roberta "Bertie" Dempsey Riley. He married Lori Mahan on October 22, 1982, in Titusville.
He was a graduate of Titusville High School, Class of 1976. He was a veteran having served in the United States Marine Corps.
Jeff worked as a service technician for Sears for over 40 years, retiring in 2021.
He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and going to camp at Mystic Park.
Jeff is survived by his wife, Lori of Erie; his parents, Leslie and Bertie Riley of Titusville; a brother, Stephen Riley and wife Ronda of Titusville; two nephews, Brenden Riley and wife Kayla of Pleasantville, Aaron Riley of Erie; two nieces, Kesley Mahan of Pittsburgh and Sarah Richardson and husband Bobby of Lynn Haven, FL; a special cousin Sheri Hamilton & husband Ron of Titusville; a sister in law Kathy Mahan of Lynn Haven, FL; four great nieces and two great nephews; and numerus bonus nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Mark L. Riley and Michael S. Riley; and a brother in law, Steve Mahan.
A memorial service will be conducted on Thursday, December 11th, at 2 p.m. at the Bruce Shorts Post 5958 VFW. Full military honors will be observed.
