John Patrick Barrett, 57, of Titusville, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Monday, August 25, 2025.
John was born in Titusville on July 2, 1968, to the late Edward J. and Lois Jean Duncan Barrett.
John had a spirit of adventure, whether it was riding his four-wheeler through the woods, cruising on his motorcycle, or turning up the music he loved most.
He was known for his stubborn streak just as much as for his quick wit and sense of humor, always ready with a joke or a laugh that could lift the mood.
His stories, his laughter, and the way he lit up every room will be deeply missed. More than anything, John will be remembered for the way he made ordinary moments fun and full of life. His legacy is one of love, laughter, and music that will never fade.
John is survived by his daughter, Kayla Barrett, who meant the world to him. He is also survived by his brothers, Edward and James Barrett, and his sister, Susan Lesnett, along with extended family and many friends who will carry his memory forward.
No services are being observed at this time.
Memorial contributions can be made to a charity of one’s choice.
