Judy Ann Rodgers, 74, of Titusville, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes at her residence on Saturday, June 22, 2024.
Judy was born on January 3, 1950, in Titusville to the late Louis and Betty Emerson Brown.
She was a graduate of Titusville High School.
Judy worked in home health for several years before her retirement.
She was a member of the Titusville Moose Lodge.
She enjoyed reading, cooking, playing Pokémon Go with her granddaughters, and spending time with family and friends.
Judy is survived by her two daughters, Katrina Elder and husband Jarret of Cherrytree, and Michelle Nelson of Oil City; three grandchildren, Lacey Elder, Mae Nelson, and Paige Nelson; a great-grandson, Carter Mellon; a brother, Michael Brown of Forestville, NY; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her companion George Doolittle; and three brothers, Tom, Butch, and Dan Brown.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
