Kenneth D. Alcorn, Jr., 66, of Titusville, passed away Friday morning April 3, 2026 at his residence following an extended illness.
Ken was born on November 27, 1959 in Titusville, PA, a son of the late Kenneth and Martha Miller Alcorn. He was married to Carol Shaffer on February 10, 1978 in Titusville.
Ken had owned and operated Alcorn's Garage for many years. He had also been employed for several years at the Titusville Moose Club, at the former Fisher and Young Lumber, and at Wilcox's Nursery.
Ken was a member of the Titusville Moose Club. He was an avid NASCAR fan. He enjoyed watching dirt racing and was at one time a dirt race driver. He enjoyed watching his grandson race go carts. He was an avid mechanic who tackled any mechanical challenge.
He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
In addition to his wife Carol, he is survived by his children, Kenny Alcorn and companion Amy Harrington of Franklin, Brenda Porter and husband David of Oil City, and Stephanie Seely and husband Nathan of Titusville; grandchildren, Ethan and Gavin Seely, Grayson Porter, and Morgan and Kenadee Alcorn; a brother-in-law, Vern Dille of Titusville; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Elizabeth Willis, Weltha Rice and Ruth Dille.
No public visitation will be held. A celebration of Ken's life will be announced at a later date.
