Louise Frances Bloom, 82, of Titusville, passed away on Sunday, September 14, 2025, at the Titusville Healthcare and Rehab Center.
Fran was born in Hornell, NY, on January 20, 1943, to the late Mervin and Viola Snyder. She married Eugene D. Bloom on November 28, 1964, in Canisteo, NY.
She was a graduate of Canisteo High School.
She was a member of Pleasantville Methodist Church.
Fran enjoyed time spent with her family and friends. Singing, painting and making something out of nothing especially painting rocks to represent things in nature.
She is survived by her husband of Titusville; three children, DeAnna Frederick and husband Rick of Ft. White, FL, David Bloom and wife Dawn of St. Petersburg, FL, and John Bloom of Ft. White, FL; four grandchildren, Adam Frederick, Benjamin Frederick, Tara Murray and husband Michael, and Addison Bloom; great grandchildren, Mason, Hunter & Grayson Murray; her sisters, Dora Alexander of Rochester, NY and Linda Norton, of Canisteo, NY and sister-in-law Barbara Bloom of Melborn, FL, and several nieces & nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Clinton Snyder.
A memorial service will be held at on Saturday, September 20th at 11:00 a.m. at the Pleasantville Methodist Church with pastor Jerome Alsdorf, officiating. Lunch will follow at the church.
