Linda L. (Vogan) Sutton

Linda L. Sutton, 80, of Grand Valley, passed away on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at her daughters home surrounded by her family.

Linda was born on October 8, 1943, in Oil City to the late James E. and Vera L. Condon Vogan.

She married Roland R. "Rollie" Sutton on April 28, 1962, in Girard. He preceded her in death on December 14, 2018.

She was a graduate of Titusville High School.

Linda worked at Cross Creek Resort for many years.

She was a member of the Titusville Moose Lodge, Bruce Shorts Post 5958 VFW Auxiliary, and the Cleo J. Ross Post 368 American Legion.

Linda enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking, canning, and playing lottery scratch off tickets. However, her greatest pleasure came from spending quality time with her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by five children, Tina Snyder and her companion James Lona of Big Bear, CA, Kimberly Wright and husband Russell of Centerville, Kelly Brown and husband Lane of Pleasantville, Rollie Sutton and wife Colleen of Pleasantville, and Julie Wolfkiel and companion Steve of Titusville; twenty-four grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; two brothers in law Larry Sutton of Warren, and Charles Allen of Grand Valley; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a brother, James Vogan, Jr. and three sisters, Margo Hancock, Beverly Allen, and Judy Bodamer; and a granddaughter-in-law Beth Falco Wright.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 18th at the Centerville Free Methodist Church, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at which time a memorial service will be conducted with Pastor Chuck Riel, officiating.

Interment will be at Union Cemetery.
