Marian L. Hasbrouck, 100, of Titusville, passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2024, at Southwoods Assisted Living Community.
Marian was born on January 3, 1924, in Titusville to the late Earl R. and Jennie B. McClintock Stewart. She married Herbert L. Hasbrouck on April 24, 1943, in Baltimore, MD. He preceded her in death on August 5, 2012.
She was a graduate of Colestock High School, Class of 1941.
Marian worked with her husband as owner of the Hasbrouck Sand and Gravel Co. for 64 years.
Marian attended the Titusville First Methodist Church and was a member of the Titusville B.P.W. (Business Professional Woman).
She enjoyed traveling with her husband both in the U.S. and abroad and loved being with her family.
Marian is survived by her two children, Janice McCasland of Denver, CO, Bruce Hasbrouck and wife Beverly of Titusville; 4 grandchildren, Wendy Tritt and husband Raymond of Canton, OH, Bret Hasbrouck and wife Elizabeth of Titusville, Paul McCasland and wife Marie, and Steve McCasland and wife Christine both of Denver, CO; 6 great grandchildren, Chad Hasbrouck, Sarah Hasbrouck, Thomas Tritt, Victoria Tritt, Riley Jo McCasland, Logan McCasland; two step-greatgrandchildren, Petyon Sinclair and Josh Sinclair of Austin, TX three siblings, Mildred Ray of Meadville, and Beatrice Fahnestock of Virginia; a brother, Robert Stewart of Pleasantville; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Kathryn Hofius and Margaret Lokar; and a brother George Stewart.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 9th at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home Inc. 303 N. Washington St. Titusville from 10 to 11 a.m. at which time a funeral service will be conducted with Pastor Brian Borger, officiating.
Interment will be at Union Cemetery.
