Orrin E. Hunt

Orrin E. Hunt, 97, of Pleasantville, passed away at his residence on Sunday, April 7, 2024.

Orrin was born on May 20, 1926, in Tryonville to the late Norris and Edna Lyons Hunt.

He attended schools in the Tryonville area.

Orrin was a veteran who served in the US Army during World War II. He was stationed in Japan for 11 months during the country's occupation at the war's end.

He worked as a welder for Zurn Industries in Erie.

Orrin is survived by his four children, Dick Hunt and companion Brenda Strawbridge of Titusville, Roberta Mommie of Erie, Margaret Peace of Erie, and Jessie Heckathorn and husband Rex of Pleasantville.

He was preceded in death by his companion, Janet Knox.
