Randy W. Copeland, 67, of Centerville, passed away Saturday evening May 2, 2026 at UPMC Montefiore Hospital in Pittsburgh following an extended illness.
Randy was born on October 9, 1958 in Corry, PA, a son of Kenneth and Loretta Vanderhoff Copeland. He was married to Lisa Prenatt on May 19, 1984 in Titusville.
Randy was a graduate of Titusville High School, class of 1976. He had driven truck for Ongley Lumber for a number of years, as well as operating J & J Logging with his father for a number of years.
Randy was a former social member of the Titusville American Legion. He was also a member of the Oil Creek Beagle Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping with his friends, spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, and enjoying life. He also helped Jeff Deeter with his number 27 E-Mod car at Tri City Speedway.
He is survived by his wife Lisa of Centerville; his parents of Centerville; his sons, Joseph Copeland and companion Leanne Sterling of Conneaut Lake, Joshua and Tyler Copeland, both of Centerville; his grandchildren, Patrick, Cameron, Oliver, Owen and Adeline Copeland; his sister-in-law, Vicki Ongley and husband David of Grand Valley; and numerous nieces and nephews.
No visitation will be observed.
A celebration of Randy's life will be held at a later date.
