Raymond D. "Ray" Warner, 87, of Titusville, passed away on Sunday, January 4, 2026, at the Titusville Area Hospital, with his loving family by his side.
Ray was born on May 14, 1938, in Titusville, a son of the late Earl and Elizabeth Baney Warner. He was a graduate of Titusville High School, Class of 1957. He was previously married to Barbara Proper Warner for over 40 years.
Ray was employed at General Electric in Erie for over 25 years. He worked various jobs in the custodial department, before his retirement in 1999.
He was an active member of the Breedtown Baptist Church.
In his youth Ray enjoyed being outdoors, small game and deer hunting, fishing, and going on long walks with his dogs. He was a talented wood worker, restoring old trunks and furniture. He loved to travel with his family, going to various beaches throughout the years, and to the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas this passed year.
Ray is survived by his children, Randy Warner and wife Kathleen, Renee Ohl and husband Steven, and Reagan Warner, all of Titusville; his grandchildren, Diana Peterson and fiancé Todd Burt of Titusville, Samantha Ohl and partner Donnie Bickford of Titusville, Matthew Warner and wife Jennifer of Canonsburg, PA, Joseph Warner of Bradford, PA, Zachary Warner and wife Samantha of Titusville; his great grandchildren, Zolton Proper, Faith Proper, Nova Proper, Abigail Warner, Jacob Warner, Max Warner, Aubrey Warner, Kamdien Conkey, Aziza Warner, and Karter Oakes; his sister, Bernie Wagner of Titusville; and his beloved Corgi, Oliver.
In addition to his parents, Ray was preceded in death by his siblings, Lester Warner, Eddy Warner, Floyd Warner and Shirley Warner; and his daughter, Robin Warner in 2007.
Visitation will be held at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home Inc. 303 N. Washington St., Titusville, on Thursday, January 8, 2026, from 11AM to 1 PM. A funeral service will follow with Ward Beers, officiating.
Interment will be at Breedtown Cemetery.
