Regina "Gena" Collins

Regina “Gena” Collins, 68, of Meadville, passed away Tuesday evening June 25, 2024 at Wesbury United Methodist Community following an extended illness.

Gena was born on September 27, 1955 in Salonika, Greece, a daughter of the late Frank and Regina Diehl Collins.

Gena was a graduate of Meadville High School, class of 1974. She had been employed at Wesbury United Methodist Community as manager of the food service until her retirement from there.

Gena is survived by her dearest godmother Ginny Petruso of Conneaut Lake; her dear friend, Jean Marie Errigo of Erie; and several cousins and close friends.

In addition to her parents, Gena was preceded in death by her dear grandmother, Matilda Diehl.

Friends may attend a celebration of Gena’s life on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Picnic Pavillion at Wesbury United Methodist Community.
