Richard A. "Rick" Coulter, 69, of Titusville, PA, passed away on March 28, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Meadville Medical Center in Meadville, PA, due to an extended illness.
Rick was born on November 10, 1956, in Titusville, PA, a son of the late Charles Coulter and the late Lois (Burrows) Coulter.
He attended Titusville Area Schools.
He worked for Fisher & Young for many years and also worked for Frank Repasky and his son, Rick Repasky, for many years.
Rick is survived by his children, Heather N. Coulter (Twiss) and her husband, Anthony, of Georgia, and his son, Brandon C. Coulter and his wife, Sarena Coulter, of Greenville, PA. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Katelyn, Angel, and Khloe.
Rick's brothers include David Coulter Sr. and his wife, Debbie (Waychoff) Coulter, of Titusville, PA; Dennis Coulter and his wife, Gail Coulter, of Pleasantville, PA; Roger Coulter and his wife, Mary (Vincent) Coulter, of Erie, PA; Tim Coulter of Titusville, PA, and Lisa Coulter (Parker) of Centerville, wife of Gary B. Coulter Sr. He was preceded in death by his brother, Gary Bruce Coulter Sr.
He is also survived by his nieces and nephews: Dave Coulter Jr., Ben Coulter, Wendy Coulter, Deana (Coulter) Grove of Marienville, PA, Gary Bruce Coulter Jr., Dustin C. Coulter of Titusville, PA, Kristina Coulter of Titusville, PA, and Josh, Jess, and Sturgis Coulter of Titusville, PA. He was preceded in death by his niece, Sara Snyder, of Titusville, PA.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Gary B. Coulter; a sister-in-law, Debbie Coulter; an infant sister; and his niece, Sara Snyder.
There will be no visitation.
