Richard E. Young, 70, of Neilltown passed away on Friday, August 4, 2023, at his residence.
Richard was born on March 9, 1953, in Titusville to the late Lester and Margaret (Peterson) Young.
He was a graduate of Titusville High School, class of 1972.
Richard worked in the construction industry as a welder and builder.
He was a member of the Titusville Moose and Cleo J. Ross Post 368 American Legion.
Richard enjoyed being outdoors hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his companion, Mary Hunt of Neilltown; a son, Ryan Young of Titusville; a daughter, Shana Kight and husband Matt of Titusville; 2 grandchildren, Adrian Fratus and Bella Ackerman; a sister, Margaret Carter and husband Tom of Titusville; and 3 brothers, Donald Young and wife Carol of Titusville, Robert Young and companion Dorothy Waycoff of Centerville, and Daniel Young of Titusville.
No services are being observed.
