Obituary

   Timothy W. Gates, Sr., 66, of Titusville passed away on Tuesday, August 1, 2023, at the Titusville Area Hospital.

   Tim was born on October 5, 1956, in Titusville to the late Carl R. and Ella J. (Wood) Gates. He married Rhonda L. Conklin on March 11, 1988, in Titusville. Mrs. Gates preceded him in death on November 16, 2007.

   He was a graduate of Townville High School.

   Tim was employed in the construction industry and most recently with Foltz and Son's.

   He enjoyed music and playing his guitar, cooking family dinners, grilling, camping, working with his hands building projects from small additions to full size homes. He especially loved having a good time and playing with his grandchildren.

   Tim is survived by his children, Amanda Blake and husband Roger, Ellen Gates and fiancé Keith Urey, Timothy Gates and wife Morgan, Michelle Gates and fiancé Robert Murdoch all of Titusville, Mark Gates and wife Alexandria of Lancaster; several grandchildren, a great-grandson; and his fiancé, Terri Vroman of Titusville.

   He was preceded in death by a brother, Mark Gates and a sister, Lorraine Gourley.
