Tina M. Sutton, 62, of Big Bear City , CA, died unexpectedly in her home Saturday, November 16th.
Tina was born May 12th, 1962, to the late Roland R Sutton and Linda L Sutton.
She was a graduate of Titusville High School class of 1980.
Tina worked at numerous places in Titusville, including the Colonial Drake and The VFW, until she moved to California. She worked as a CNA at Big Bear Valley Community Hospital and helped in caring for her cousin Scotty.
She was enjoying life in Big Bear, where she met the Love of her Life, Jim Lona. They spent every moment together in the Southern California mountains and loved each other unconditionally.
She was a member and past officer of the American Legion Auxiliary in Big Bear and Titusville and a member of the Moose Club. Tina always enjoyed trips back home to see her kids, family, and friends. She enjoyed singing, dancing, and music. She also loved to gamble and pull tickets. Tina was a beautiful soul with a smile that could light up a room. Everyone who knew her loved her.
She is survived by her Fiancé Jim Lona of Big Bear City, CA, and her three children, Misty Porter and husband Neal Porter of Pleasantville, PA; Mindy Kovski and Reid Gavin of Oil City, PA and Mark Sutton and companion Megan of Tidioute, PA; five grandsons who she adored Logan, Brody, Riley, Jax and Blake and her Myah girl her one and only granddaughter.
She is also survived by three sisters, Kim Wright and husband Russel of Centerville, PA, Kelly Brown and husband Lane of Pleasantville, PA and Julie Wolfkiel and companion Steven of Hydetown, PA; One brother, Rollie Sutton and wife Colleen of Pleasantville, PA; numerous nieces and nephews and one Uncle Larry Sutton of Warren, PA.
She is preceded in death by her Parents, Linda and Rolland Sutton, and grandparents.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at noon at the Titusville Free Methodist Church. A lunch will be held at the Titusville American Legion Post 368 at 2 p.m.
