Warren E. "Skee" Fulton, Jr., 78, passed away on Friday, August 4, 2023, at his residence.
Skee was born on August 15, 1944, in Titusville to the late Warren E. and Mary M. Vogel Fulton, Sr. He married Sandra I. Thomas on July 1, 1967, at St. Patrick's Church in Franklin.
Skee was a graduate of St. Joseph's Academy.
He worked as a parts manager for various Ford dealerships and retired from Schwab Ford in Titusville.
Skee was a member of the Titusville B.P.O Elks Lodge #264, Bruce Shorts Post 5958 VFW, and the Moose Lodge 84.
He was an avid Cleveland Browns fan, and enjoyed golfing, playing cards, drag racing in his younger years, spending time with his friends at local clubs, and being with his family, especially his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife Sandy of Titusville; three children, Marie Vincent and husband David of Titusville, Jeff Fulton of Titusville, and Amy Vogus and husband Steven of Pleasantville; seven grandchildren, Alex, McKinley, Owen, and Carter Vincent of Titusville, and Aaron, Amelia, and James Vogus of Pleasantville; five siblings, Francis Fulton and wife Julie of Pleasantville, Neal E. Fulton and wife, Leslie of King George, VA, Mary Lou Strawbridge and husband, Burdell of Titusville, Anne Voltz of Port Orange, FL, and Judy Lohr Wagner and husband, Steve of Titusville; a sister in law, Frances "Corky" Fulton of Centerville; his aunt, Judie Fulton of Erie; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, Jay Windfelder, and Richard, William, and Donald Fulton; and his sister, Sharon Fulton.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2023, from 1to 3 p.m. at the Titusville Elks Lodge 334 W Central Ave, Titusville, PA 16354. A time of sharing memories will begin at 2 p.m.
